Greenpoint Boracay by ARC
Greenpoint Boracay is a concept of services and projects in Boracay Island by Angol Realty Corporation (ARC), a startup real estate services company in the Philippines. Our concept aims to preserve the rustic appeal and the lush greenery on the southwestern side of the island.
ARC is engaged in property management, leasing, brokerage and selling. Previously, ARC had been primarily focusing on residential development projects. Check out some of our past projects below.
Greenpoint Residences
This sixteen-unit apartment building completed in 2012 and located along Angol Road, Manoc-Manoc was our pilot project. The development is within an area surrounded by ferns and trees where the inspiration for its name came from. The initial concept from this development is continuously being adopted in our projects and services.
Anahaw Residences
Completed in 2016, the Anahaw Residences is also a sixteen-unit residential building located along Ambulong Road, Manoc-Manoc. Elements of the building design were inspired by the leaves of Anáhaw, a kind of palm most commonly found in Southeast Asia.
